  1. Achieve sales target




  • Develop Territory Business Plans to achieve the annual sales target. Classify existing facilities and newly acquired facilities, manage plan and actual for each, and clarify the product adoption plan and target amount for new facilities.


  • Check monthly and quarterly progress of target setting with manager and team leader and make a plan and excute to achieve the budget without fail.


  • Establish good relationships with customers at all times to deepen their understanding of our products and encourage them to use more of our products.


  • Build good relationships with distributors to promote sales.




  1. Acquire sufficient knowledge of Avanos products and selling skills



  • Take initiative to increase disease state and products (Avanos's and competitors) knowledge and consistently applies to deliver customer value.




  1. Keep awareness of cost-consciousness



Effective utilization of OPEX and sales expenses and improvement of operational efficiency

OPEX

Make effective use of expenses related to sales activities (sample, travel and other sales activity expenses) in accordance with internal rules.

Thoroughly manage schedules for efficient sales activities, input activity plans into Outlook and activity report into SFDC.

  1. Conduct sales activities in compliance



  • Understand and practice that all sales activities are conducted in accordance with industry and company rules and regulations, with no exceptions.


  • Complete internal e-learning sessions on time.


  • Comply with obtaining legally required documents


  • Compliance with traffic laws and regulations




  1. Collaborations



  • Collaborate with the other department team members to contribute to achieve Avanos Medical Japan's objective.

  • Share Customer requirements, Product quality information, Market trend information etc. obtained through Sales activities with relevant departments including internal Marketing dept appropriately.
