Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Analyst with proven ability to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in LS Salesforce Statistics EDA Incentive Compensation Management Dataiku Machine Learning value Calculation Alteryx Retail Demand Forecasting R Statistical Package MS Excel Python SQL Scripting and MS PowerPoint. This hybrid role requires a strong analytical demeanor and the ability to drive data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

* Lead the analysis and interpretation of complex data sets to deliver actionable insights.

* Supervise the development and implementation of data models and algorithms to improve business outcomes.

* Guide in LS Salesforce to optimize data management and reporting processes.

* Use statistical techniques to analyze data and generate relevant insights.

* Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns in large data sets.

* Manage incentive compensation programs through data-driven strategies.

* Leverage Dataiku for data preparation analysis and machine learning model deployment.

* Apply machine learning techniques to develop predictive models and enhance decision-making.

* Calculate value to evaluate the effectiveness of business initiatives and investments.

* Apply Alteryx for data blending preparation and advanced analytics.

* Implement retail demand forecasting models to optimize inventory and sales strategies.

* Use R Statistical Package for advanced statistical analysis and data visualization.

* Employ MS Excel for data manipulation analysis and reporting.

* Develop and maintain SQL scripts for data extraction transformation and loading.

* Create compelling presentations using MS PowerPoint to communicate findings to partners.

* Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

* Ensure data integrity and accuracy through meticulous validation and quality checks.

* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and standard processes in data analytics.

* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts to feed their professional growth.

* Drive continuous improvement in data analytics processes and methodologies.

* Supply to the companys purpose by delivering insights that drive strategic decisions and positive societal impact.

Qualifications

* * Must have solid experience in LS Salesforce Statistics and EDA or equivalent experience.

* Should possess expertise in Incentive Compensation Management and Dataiku.

* Must be proficient in Machine Learning and value Calculation.

* Should have hands-on experience with Alteryx and Retail Demand Forecasting.

* Must be skilled in R Statistical Package MS Excel Python and SQL Scripting.

* Should be adept at creating presentations using MS PowerPoint.

* Nice to have experience in hybrid work models and day shifts.

* Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Should possess good communication and collaboration abilities.

* Must be thorough with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.

* Should be proactive in staying updated with industry trends and standard processes.

Certifications Required

Certified Data Analyst Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer Alteryx Designer Core Certification

Salary and Other Compensation:

Posting End date 03/10/2025

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 - $ 130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
