*Description*
Summary of Key Responsibilities: *On-going transformation project support requirements - Kyriba, Workday. *Works with project team to manage scope and the change management process. *Works with project team to schedule, facilitate project meetings and track status and open items. *Identifies project risks and manages risk mitigation activities. *Contributes to action items log and tracks resolutions. *Provides regular updates and status on action items to the project team. *Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) focusing on both unit & end-to-end integrated testing of outbound payment message process. From payment request initiation, file generation, internal control checks, bank transmission to settlement status confirmation. *Validate inbound bank statement file import processing with data verification from raw file to Treasury Management System for Company's global bank partners. *Assist with setup and testing data integrations (file-based and API) between Kyriba & internal ERP systems. *Test & validate Kyriba bank statement exports for Company user community *Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document test cases, scenarios, and results. *Work with relevant teams to resolve defect/issues discovered during testing leading to system stabilization & implementation. *Develop and maintain Treasury system training materials. *Skills* Treasury management, Treasury, workday, kyriba, TMS *Additional Skills & Qualifications* The Treasury Information Technology Analyst will be responsible for assisting Financial Systems & Corporate Treasury with the implementation of new Treasury technology. Primarily focused on project management tasks for Kyriba Treasury Management System (TMS) implementation and support testing outbound/inbound interfaces with multiple banks and internal system integrations between Kyriba & ERP systems (Workday). In addition, support technology solutions for security administration, monitor & resolution of payment transaction files and reporting breaks during UAT. *Minimum education bckgrd for position: Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. *Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems. *5-7 years job-related work experience. *Excellent communication, organizational & documentation skills required. *Ability to meet deadlines; accomplish work in order of priority *Experience with testing integrations (file-based and/or API) & data analysis *Fundamental working knowledge of Treasury Management System and payments & settlements process. *Familiarity with industry standard bank file formats (BAI, MT940, ISO 20022 XML) a plus. *Project management software (e.g., Clarity, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project) experience a plus. *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $80.00/hr.
