The Sales Operation Support Analyst will work with the Regional Sales Managers and Key Account Managers to help co-manage their territories' business.This role will serve as a trusted advisor to the sales leadership of a region by managing a collaborative operational cadence that promotes sales productivity by partnering with the regional sales manager and the team in maintaining and improving customer relationships.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:




  • Identify and resolve service and sales challenges: Initiate appropriate action to address issues.
  • Support the sales team: Assist with customer visits, presentations, and reporting (weekly & monthly management reports, data gathering, validations, ETQs, AR, open orders, etc.).
  • Perform data analysis and reporting: Coordinate critical activities with Finance, Supply Chain, and manufacturing.
  • Manage projects: Work independently and collaboratively on special, non-recurring, and ongoing projects.
  • Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing: Share best practices and regional activity updates with peers.
  • Communicate effectively: Maintain regular communication with customer service, sales, operations, and customers.
  • Managing confidential information: Manages sensitive and non-routine data.
  • Prepare meeting and presentation materials: Develop necessary materials as required.



REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:




  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service or support experience
  • Strong time management, organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable presenting /speaking in front of others.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills.
  • Manage to completion, short and long-term projects with multiple workstreams or departments successfully.
  • Identify and take the initiative to solve complex problems, work within deadlines with high diligence, and work accurately and independently.
  • Individuals must work cooperatively and establish positive cross-functional relationships within the organization and various levels of management.
  • Prior strong experience and aptitude with Microsoft Office Suite- Excel, Word, PowerPoint.



PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:




  • Experience in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus.
