Overview Pro-Pave is seeking an experienced Operations Site Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily field and shop operations, ensuring projects run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. You will work closely with crew members, equipment managers, and leadership to maintain high-quality standards and customer satisfaction. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager. Responsibilities Operations & Field Oversight:
Supervise paving crews to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
