This is a management role in Chamberlain Group's Sales function, reporting to the SVP of Sales, Americas. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) develop and implement regional sales plans that will increase or maintain current sales volumes and profit margins in all parts of their business, including retail where appropriate, and (ii) sell Chamberlain and LiftMaster products to installing dealers and distributors, as well as end-user customers in a prescribed region by developing and maintaining strong relationships with all customers and prospects. All this to be accomplished through effective management and leadership of a team of professionals. Manage a portfolio of accounts and relationships of at least $100M. Requires 7+ years of sales and 3+ years of people management experience and a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree. #LI-Remote - California #LI-MD1 The payrange for this position is $168,600.00 - $271,575.00; base payoffered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
