Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Paint Line Loaderon 1st shift to join our team in Ludington, MI.Schedule is from 5:30am-2:00pm, Monday-Friday.OT is from 5:30am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday and potential Saturdays from5:30am-2:00pm.

As a Paint Line Loader,you will:



  • Sequenceand hangor unloadparts for paint runs according to production dispatch. Verifies and updates production system accordingly. Flexes throughout department as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 8th grade education or higher
  • Ability to lift/move products weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to flex work schedule and overtime may be required including weekends and/or holidays per business demands
  • The ability to work in Ludington, MI without relocation assistance
  • Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship

Major Responsibilities

  • Verifies the proper part per paint sequence based on launch dispatch monitors.
  • Distinguishes parts by size and color, selects proper rack, selects hang pattern, hangs parts and unloads rack information into system to launch paint process.
  • Removes product from line, inspects parts; reports identified quality problems to team lead. Organizes parts in correct racks/carts for assembly.
  • Maintains product inventory.
  • Returns hanging paint racks to appropriate storage area for reuse.
