Your Impact
We are seeking a high-energy, entrepreneurial colleague to join our team and help optimize best-in-class performance management for our group.
In this role, you will collaborate with our MT Assets Executive Team, colleagues across the organization, and the broader MT Practice to analyze trends, distill insights, and ensure our performance trajectory remains on track. Your contributions will be essential in problem-solving and driving implementation efforts.
You will play a pivotal role in advancing our collective priorities, providing thought partnership to our leadership team, and spearheading areas of innovation within this space. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the performance of MT Assets across financial, economic, and operational dimensions, and proposing optimization actions to the Asset Leadership team.
You will also conduct detailed driver analyses, simulations, and forecasts to inform strategic business decisions, such as the impact of price changes and returns on major investments.
Additionally, you will lead the annual budgeting and target-setting process and support Quarterly Business Reviews by providing visibility on measurable key results linked to business objectives using a QBR/OKR agile methodology. You will interface with Firm Finance, Admin, and Asset teams to ensure the quality of data and reporting. Your Growth
You'll be a part of McKinsey Transformation (MT), helping organizations change their trajectory and achieve their full potential through holistic interventions in performance, organizational health, and capabilities.
Our suite of transformation approaches is underpinned by distinctive tools and technologies (e.g., Wave) and led by transformation specialists who partner with CSTs to enable holistic change, fundamentally reimagining what's possible for their business.
You will work within our MT Assets team, which is mostly comprised of a software-as-a-service platform that tracks impact across the client organization pre, during and post a Transformation program: Wave. Wave was created ~15 years ago and has become fully integrated with how MT thinks about enterprise-wide change - it is critical to being able to deliver impact for our clients. Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs all play a part in determining the final figure.
