Job Summary:
The Office of Compliance advances compliance with applicable laws and policies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. We collaborate with University partners to minimize compliance risk and promote ethical conduct throughout the University. Compliance is a shared responsibility, with every member of the University understanding their responsibilities and being accountable for their actions. Responsibilities: Monitors incoming reports of protected class discrimination and harassment, including sexual harassment and sexual violence. Makes initial contact with potential complainants and provides them with relevant resources, reporting information and protective measures when requested. Works to provide necessary accommodations, explains policies and procedures, and is a point of contact during formal investigations.
