Salary range $54,000 - $57,000 with an exceptional benefits and retirement package!
This fantastic opportunity will be responsible for a wide variety of responsibilities including -
- Draft and edit administrative correspondence, prepare reports, maintain electronic and physical files
- Answer incoming calls, greeting clients and vendors
- Schedule meetings and conferences, and coordinate events
- Light bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks to include issuing checks, assisting with payroll, posting payments, daily deposits, etc.
- Interact with Board members and take meeting minutes
- Montor and maintain supplies and office equipment
- Establish and maintain relationships with outside vendors
- Special projects as assigned
Proven experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel, Document Management Systems, and QuickBooks.
Must have the ability to multi-task, be extremely organized, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be detail oriented.
