Exceptional, small office environment is searching for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join their team.

Salary range $54,000 - $57,000 with an exceptional benefits and retirement package!

This fantastic opportunity will be responsible for a wide variety of responsibilities including -



  • Draft and edit administrative correspondence, prepare reports, maintain electronic and physical files
  • Answer incoming calls, greeting clients and vendors
  • Schedule meetings and conferences, and coordinate events
  • Light bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks to include issuing checks, assisting with payroll, posting payments, daily deposits, etc.
  • Interact with Board members and take meeting minutes
  • Montor and maintain supplies and office equipment
  • Establish and maintain relationships with outside vendors
  • Special projects as assigned


Proven experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel, Document Management Systems, and QuickBooks.

Must have the ability to multi-task, be extremely organized, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be detail oriented.
