Job Title: Program Delivery Lead Location(s): Jersey City, NJ OVERVIEW: We are seeking a highly skilled Program Delivery Lead to oversee the implementation of a new system for our global IT operations. This role will focus on managing vendor relationships and ensuring the delivery of a scalable SAAS solution within budget and on schedule. The system will be rolled out in the US and Canada, requiring close collaboration with business teams and external vendors. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Kick off requirements gathering for third-party vendor systems. Document requirements and conduct demos. Collaborate with internal teams to select the appropriate vendor. Implementation Phase: Organize workshops to define low-level requirements. Work with the vendor to create a detailed implementation plan. Develop a 2-year roadmap post vendor selection. ONGOING TASKS: Manage vendor relationships and ensure they deliver according to the plan and budget. Facilitate business conversations and act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors. Present project updates and progress to stakeholders. Insurance Experience: Fundamental understanding of insurance products, underwriting, documentation, and policy structures. Knowledge of insurer vs. broker relationships and how these interactions work SAAS Applications: Experience working with third-party vendors to implement SAAS solutions Collaboration and Presentation Skills: Highly collaborative, with the ability to bring together business teams and stakeholders Strong presentation skills to influence and guide team members, regardless of direct reporting lines. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience running implementation projects within an insurance company. Proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects.
