Application Administrator (POLC/LE/RMS)
Washington, DC (Remote) Pay From: $110,000 per year MUST: Experienced Application Administrator (POLC/LE/RMS) Secret Clearance 7 years of experience Must have experience with Caliber, Micro Automation, and CAIRS Experience with the following Applications: Caliber Public Safety Computer Aided Dispatching (CAD), Micro Automation Omni911, Caliber Public Safety Law Enforcement (LE) and Investigative Records Management System (RMS) Experience with the following Interfaces: Geographic Information System (GIS), Crime Justice Information System (CJIS), Communications Solutions Configuration Accounting Information Retrieval System (CAIRS) Bachelors Degree DUTIES: Provides support for the monitoring and reporting (triage, break/fix, etc.), cybersecurity, configuration management, database support, privileged application administration support, and sustainment of the current COTS POLC suite of applications. Works closely with server administrators and database administrators. Installs, configures, and maintains software products utilized by the application. Ensures the POLC suite of applications operate in accordance with DoD, DLA and National consensus standards maintaining the Agency's accreditation status with the Center for Public Safety Excellence (CPSE). Installs and upgrades software versions, installs software patches, supports data center migrations, identifies application specific firewall/network requirements, and setups and administers interfaces & APIs. Provides technical support for troubleshooting including break/fix actions or incidents. Supports application requirements being driven by organizational transformation initiatives. Responsible for both pre-production & production environments and directly supports the application's code release process. Implements applicable application-based Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and Security Requirements Guides (SRGs) and provides required STIG/SRG output. Research and implements resolution of cybersecurity vulnerabilities discovered during routine or non-routine scanning. Provide support services to assist the PMO to manage licensing usage and the need for additional licenses, hosting. Ensure the suite of applications securely documents the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other law enforcement information requirements and criminal investigative sensitive data including, but not limited to Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS).
