Job Description Summary:
The Contract, PtP (Procure-to-Pay) COE Team Support & Projects Coordinator position is a temporary role to cover a 6-month maternity leave for a team member.
The Contract, PtP COE Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day activities of the Accounts Payable (A/P), Procurement, Master Data & T&E teams within our COE. He/she will support the COE to coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, prepare meeting notes and support coordination of ad hoc tasks as requested. In addition to administrative responsibilities this role will assist on ad hoc internal project work across the COE, responsibilities will vary but will be appropriate for the level. He/She will also maintain an organized electronic filing system, assist with process documentation, process improvements, reporting and projects as needed and will conduct all assignments in accordance with company policies and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) guidelines. The incumbent works cross-functionally with internal departments and external resources on PtP COE related issues. The Contract, PtP COE Coordinator supports adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as appropriate. .
