Tyler Technologies is seeking candidates for a Strategic Intelligence Intern as part of the Summer 2025 Internship program! You will be immersed in Tyler's successful marketing department and will gain an understanding of the public sector and technology industry, as well as gain valuable experience in market and competitive intelligence.

The Strategic Intelligence Intern will assist with a few special projects in the Market Intel team and will be given exposure to a broad range of market research responsibilities. The intern will participate in marketing activities that help to support Tyler's more than 7,000 employees and 15,000+ clients across North America.

As a part of Tyler's corporate staff, you will make an impact on outcomes that affect various areas of the company. Your work will ultimately support our team members, clients, stakeholders, and the public sector.

• Work with the Director of Strategic Intelligence and Market Intel Analysts to conduct competitive and market research via secondary source data. Synthesize and help transform information into actionable strategic insights for internal stakeholders. This includes:
  • Identification of key competitor trends, strengths, weaknesses, competitive differentiators, positioning, pricing, technologies, etc.
  • Communication of key competitive and market insights.
  • Updates to competitive information libraries on Market Intel SharePoint sites.
