Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? Are you interested in working as a TNS Service Delivery Manager on the Telecommunications and Network Service Delivery Team in Technology & Operations at the Royal Bank of Canada? RBC`s Service Delivery within the Telecommunications and Network Services team provides the technical delivery, supply chain management, client engagement and project governance as it relates to Telecommunications and Network Services projects, business requests and operational activities. The TNS Service Delivery group specifically provides the technical delivery, supply chain management, client engagement and project governance as it relates to Telecommunications and Network Services projects, business requests and operational activities. The Service Delivery Manager serves as the technical project coordination resource with the proper skillset to facilitate and drive the successful deployment of data networking technologies in support of both small and large projects, and any other network-related business requests. The expected salary range for this particular position is $80,000-$135,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
