SUMMARY: Collaborates cross-functionally to perform general field operations and project readiness for US & Canada. Publishes business intelligence reports and insights. Responsible for technology, content, and health of all physical retail displays.


DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Provides reporting on the business intelligence (BI) metrics and trends for merchandising initiatives and project needs.
  • Develops and publishes quantitative and qualitative reports related to sales, health and performance of displays, consumer engagement, store visits, and trends to provide business insights to stakeholders.
  • Leverages dashboards and technology created by IT to manage data going into and out of the interactives used for reporting on KPI data and ensuring proper content is available.
  • Ensures timely content updates, graphic updates, and maintenance of interactives and in-store displays.
  • Contributes to definition and establishment of protocols and standards for field communication, display issue escalation, and project execution and compliance.
  • Oversees technology inventory (hardware, software and accessories) and assists with recommendations on field technology purchases, installation schedules, etc.
  • Works cross-functionally to plan projects and make recommendations on content, materials, labor, etc. based on business objectives, budgets and reporting results.
  • Oversees and monitors assigned product launch activities, materials, and resources related to in-store campaigns or permanent merchandising.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:

  • Three to Five years of related business experience.
  • Experience in a marketing or technology environment preferred.
  • Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint preferred).
  • Growth mindset and willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
  • Retail experience preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field, or equivalent.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes a base salary range of $77,500- $124,000 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
