Position Summary:
The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Finance & Accounting, Quality, Operations, and other critical business teams to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement. This role is essential for ensuring that our ERP systems not only meet but exceed the needs of our rapidly evolving business landscape. This position will partner with business units to understand and address their needs through process and technology.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Experience and strong working knowledge across D365 Finance and Operations modules such as Procurement, Inventory, AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, and Cost Accounting
- Experience in data migration, data management, and architecting business solutions based on SQL Server database, reporting, and integration services
- Actively collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their business needs and effectively translate them to actionable requirements.
- Conduct regular system maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
- Implement change control procedures adhering to GMP and SOX audit requirements and collaborate closely with Auditors and Business. Execute user access, roles, privileges, and security change requests and enhancements.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on new features and updates.
- Support the implementation of new functionality and modules and assist users in defining business requirements, process maps, and use cases.
- Support incoming service requests and incidents and ensure that they are completed in a quality and timely manner. Serve as escalation point for business process owners, key users and IT colleagues. Provide day-to-day support for our Dynamics 365 F&SCM User base and maintain our ERP Environments including software releases and ongoing updates/refreshes.
Required Skills:
- Proven track record of successful ERP implementations
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field, and relevant industry experience; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience in design, implementation, integration, and administration of D365 F&O ERP environments
- Proficiency with D365 F&O and peripheral technologies including, Azure, Azure SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps, or Azure Machine Learning
- Expertise in finance, supply chain management (SCM), inventory management, and manufacturing within Microsoft D365 F&O.
- Solid applied knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards related to computerized systems and Electronic Records/Electronic Signatures; 21 CFR Part 11, GxP and GAMP 5 is preferred. Proficiency in SOX
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to work on-call, or respond after-hours as required
