About this opportunity: Ericsson is looking for a dedicated Account Supply Responsible (ASR) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery, strategy, and efficiency of our end-to-end supply chain. Actively involved in pre-sales, you will work closely with our Core 3 team to design and implement a customer-focused supply chain, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and our supply strategy. Once designed, you will leverage your skills and expertise to monitor, control, and optimize the delivery process through to project completion. What you will do:
- Lead and facilitate market area sales forecasting, ensuring all assumptions, risks, and opportunities are documented and presented effectively.
- Create, assess, and advise on the Supply Chain Delivery Plan, including risk analysis, budget creation, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate supply chain establishment, initiating and securing setup while establishing performance metrics.
- Manage and control supply chain execution, continuously monitoring performance and responding rapidly to any deviations or issues.
- Drive supply chain closure, generating detailed final reports, and ensuring efficient product take-backs and buy-back opportunities.
- Lead and support virtual teams, managing stakeholders, and promoting and executing the supply strategy.
The skills you bring:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Customer Engagement: Proficiency in customer-facing roles and negotiation.
- Supply Chain Expertise: Experience in customer supply chain design, deployment, and supply process management.
- Business Processes: Familiarity with Ericsson Business Process and overall business understanding.
- Risk and Compliance: Skills in risk management and trade compliance.
- Financial and Sales Acumen: Strong financial understanding and experience with sales processes.
- Ericsson Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Ericsson portfolio.

Your Pay: The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience. Washington: $102,000-133,875 Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply. Your Health: Ericsson offers comprehensive health benefits, featuring three medical plan choices. Two of these options are PPO plans that require employee contributions toward premiums. The third option is a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with a Health Savings Account (HSA), featuring 100% company-paid premiums for employee-only coverage. Additionally, Ericsson offers shared premiums for dental and vision coverage, along with other company-paid physical wellness programs. Your Financial Security: We invest in your financial wellbeing, both short and long-term. Ericsson's best-in-class 401(k) program includes an automatic 3% company contribution. Additionally, Ericsson will match up to 5% of your contributions, resulting in a maximum company contribution of up to 7%. Additionally, employees receive company-paid basic life and accidental death and dismemberment coverage, as well as company-paid short-term and long-term disability benefits. Employees also can participate in Ericsson's Stock Purchase Plan. Your Time: We value your work-life balance and offer our new employees up to 40 days of paid time off annually. This includes 15 days of accrued vacation, 3 personal days, 11 paid holidays, 10 sick days, and 1 volunteer day. Note that paid time off is pro-rated based on your start date. If you have extra vacation days at the end of the year, you may sell one week of vacation for a week's pay. Additionally, Ericsson offers up to 16 weeks of company-paid maternity leave, 4 days of bereavement leave for immediate family members, and 6 weeks of paternity or adoption leave at 100% pay, all without a service requirement. Ericsson also offers medical leave at 100% or 66 2/3% of pay, based on length of service.
