From your PASSION to ours

The Analyst, HRIS and Special Projects will report directly to the Manager, HRIS and Special Projects and work closely with members of the Shared Services Team, multiple HR functions, and various USA businesses, leading key business initiatives, processes, and projects.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

* Provide analysis of employee payroll and benefit data for integrations.

* Assure accuracy of Time and Attendance work rules for accurate payroll processing.

* Provide active support as special projects are launched.

* Understand and leverage all HR systems fully in order to be able to perform full functionality of payroll and benefits and to share the best practices and support across all businesses.

* Document and update HR processes to maintain system, including providing training as necessary to HR team, managers, and employees.

* Generate reports to provide information to stakeholders, including writing, maintaining and supporting a variety of reports utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing needs.

* Run audit reports to maintain data accuracy and integrity in HRIS and take corrective action as needed.

* Provide assistance in project analyses and follow-through to complete on time and with accuracy.

* Conduct research to identify benchmarks and best practices; identify inconsistencies and inefficiencies; make recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies.

* Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to fully understand expectations and needs; communicate analytical progress and obstacles in simplistic manner.

* Travel may be required, however infrequent.

Requirements

From your STORY to ours

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

Education

* Associates degree or equivalent experience required;

* Bachelors degree or higher preferred; or equivalent experience to include a minimum of three (3) years job related experience

Experience

* 3+ years related experience required, specifically in HRIS and systems integrations

* 1+ year(s) Payroll and / or benefit administration experience

Certifications and specific knowledge

* PHR certification preferred

* HR Systems - Technical knowledge and experience in configuring and maintaining a Human Resource Information System - Paylocity, Kronos, SAP, Benefitfocus, and Concur preferred

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel [pivot tables, v-lookups, macros], Word, Outlook, and Power Point)

* Understanding of HR best practices and key functions
