JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Department of Nuclear Engineering and the Laboratory for Materials in Medicine led by Prof. Dipanjan Pan is seeking a detail-oriented part time administrative support assistant to provide operational support to the PI, with completing the administrative and business office tasks needed to run a research group. Duties include:
The successful candidate will have the option of working a hybrid schedule. Education and Experience: Typically requires a High School diploma or higher plus two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication. Knowledge in SIMBA SAP/Concur, Shop OnLion, and Worklion/Workday is preferred but not necessary. Candidate must demonstrate professionalism with a high commitment to customer service; organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy; ability to manage and prioritize tasks with minimal direction; and exercise discretion and judgment while managing confidential information.
