General Purpose: Provide data analysis and administrative support to the Mideast Area (MEA) logistics team. Ensure proper application of MEA waiting time policy. Work closely with the logistics planning team, hauler relations team, and logistics leadership team to provide analysis to track measurables related to hauling in the MEA. Assist with projects and use data to drive efficiencies for the department. This is not a remote role. It will be based at the Medina, OH office. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with hauling department to verify and enter accurate waiting time
- Serve as primary point of contact for haulers and logistics team members for issues related to waiting time
- Utilize advanced computer software skills (i.e. word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, databases, etc.) in order to update and maintain departments' or assigned areas' computer system and files necessary to support information requirements of assigned director and/or staff
- Organize workload to comply with deadlines and priorities, works independently to complete routine department or unit functions and prepare routine correspondence, reports, forms and the like for review by supervisor & logistics team members
- Use tools such as Power BI, SAP and Everag Fusion system to design, maintain and provide data analysis to the MEA logistics team such as hauler scorecards, destination hauling and KPIs
- Work closely with the logistics leadership team on large scale projects such as Mobile Manifest, Optimization and Dispatch Standardization to provide analysis, offer feedback and support implementation
- Complete special assignments for managers, which require collecting, organizing and analyzing data and producing reports, which may be the basis of significant decisions by senior executives of the company.
- Participate in and contribute analysis for bigger picture discussions around MEA logistics operations and planning
- Work with the logistics planning team and the hauler relations team to provide custom, tailored analysis that will enable them to better serve MEA member-owners

Education and Experience
- Undergraduate degree in business, analytics, logistics, supply chain, distribution management, or related curriculum (or equivalent combination of experience and education)
- Zero to two years of analytics, logistics, transportation, distribution, supply chain, or related experience
- Experience using PowerBI preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Up-to-date skills using desktop computers and software applications. Proficiency using latest Microsoft Office software applications as follows: Access (basic to intermediate), Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint (basic) and Word (intermediate). SAP and Power BI experience is a plus.

Travel:
