Your Opportunity as the Lead Analyst, Process Automation, Supply Chain Analytics

The lead analyst of process automation is responsible for building and maintaining automated solutions to eliminate non-value-added work across the department. They are also responsible for building the capabilities of automation within the Supply Chain Analytics team. This position is responsible for maintaining and building reports as well as participating in the CAPI Analytics replacement project.

Location: Orrville, OH

Work Arrangements: Hybrid, 30% in office expectation

In this role you will:

  • Improve proficiency of automation within the supply chain analytics team

  • Create automated solutions to improve business processes focusing on transportation and warehousing

  • Build relationships with business stakeholders to suggest new automation ideas

  • Act with a sense of urgency to build automated solutions to have a positive impact on non-value add day-to-day tasks

  • Build a framework to deploy bots quickly and efficiently

  • Prepare data for reporting

  • Support and maintain new and existing Spotfire reports

What we are looking for:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in process automation, process improvement, or related work experience

  • Proven ability to design, build and implement software solutions

  • Proven experience working with cross functional stakeholders

  • Strong problem solving or troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to think critically, conceptually, and outside-the-box

  • Project management experience

Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role:

  • Supply Chain Experience, Warehousing /Transportation preferred

  • Experience with Blue Prism or equivalent

  • Experience with Spotfire, Tableau or equivalent

  • Familiarity with HTML, web applications, Python or R Scripting

  • Experience sourcing and preparing data from varying sources for analysis

  • Experience in managing large sets of data with multiple data sources

  • Experience working with text files, scripting, and Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to leverage AI and other tools to expedite coding, and idea generation.
