Compensation: $28.32+ Hours Per Week: 40 Weekends: No Benefit Eligible We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst II to join our healthcare finance team. This position will be responsible for leveraging advanced Excel functionality, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and PowerPivot, to conduct comprehensive financial analyses. Key duties include reviewing and analyzing monthly financial statements and statistics, comparing actual results to budget and historical trends, and reporting significant findings to management. Additionally, the analyst will prepare and analyze business unit pro-formas, focusing on gross charges, net revenue, and expense assumptions using data from Lawson, Strata, EPSi, and Epic systems. Experience with Microsoft PowerQuery, PowerPivot, and/or PowerBI is highly desirable. Why UnityPoint Health? Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting 2+ years' experience in Finance or Accounting Excellent Microsoft Office Suite experience (Excel, Word, Outlook) Critical thinking skills, working in a team and meeting deadlines Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft PowerQuery, PowerPivot, and/orPowerBI Experience developing a budget Experience in large organization Working in complex computer financial systems EEO/M/F/D/V
