  • Visible: Visible caters to the digitally-savvy, single-line customers who prefer streamlined, online-first interactions. This brand is a testament to our adaptability, embracing the digital evolution of customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end intake & planning of cross-functional programs across the Value organization, assisting in managing from ideation to operational plan, including:

  • Own project prioritization and manage incoming project demand by understanding business use cases/initiatives and translating business needs into project requirements

  • Define a prioritization framework all initiatives and assist in leading agile efforts to execute on defined priorities internally and across business units, including managing incoming business requests and acting as a coordination point to manage workload

  • Maintain a view of the broader project portfolio at Verizon Value to anticipate needs and manage demand

  • Create an actionable roadmap for each initiative across each of the 8 brands, aligned with Value Business Strategy roadmaps and budgets (in coordination with Finance)

  • Drive alignment by identifying and key interdependencies across projects to optimize coordination and execution

  • Manage Capex for the Brand Strategy and Brand Creative teams

  • Spearhead coordination at the intake & planning phase of initiatives

  • Build and manage matrixed timelines across brands, projects, and agencies mapping all deliverables and goals

  • Assign and monitor work, ensuring that project steps are aligned with business objectives, delivered on time, and within budget

  • Orchestrate streamlined communication and collaboration across multiple Verizon Value departments, agencies, and partnerships companies at Executive C-Suite levels.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Value Brand Marketing team

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Value Brand Marketing team

  • Partner closely with teams across Verizon Value, including, but not limited to, commercial, integrated marketing, and media, to ensure alignment on all Value Brand marketing activities.

  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Value Brand marketing team.

  • Centralize management of record keeping and documentation for the brand marketing team.

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

  • Experience in process improvement, process design.

  • Experience with operational experience with large-scale projects.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Experience in financial forecasting.

  • Strong logic, quantitative and analytical skills; deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize information from a variety of sources and translate it into effective and actionable information.

  • Ability to lead within a sphere of influence, motivate others, resolve roadblocks, and escalate effectively.

  • Must be able to meet tight deadlines and have a strong customer and brand-building focus.

  • Must be able to help manage TV shoot productions.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively both within one's team and across other Verizon Value division.

Where you'll be working

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances. If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $107,000.00 and $198,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
