Forklift Operator - Warehouse Operations - Lodi, CA

Job Overview:

  • Work Schedule: 3rd Shift, Monday - Friday 9:00p - 5:30a

  • As a Forklift Operator you will operatea clamp or forklift to performs various clamp and fork driving duties to include picking customer orders, loading and unloading trucks, putting away finished goods, scrubber sweeper including other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for moving pallets of finished product to various work areas such as vans/flats, or to the appropriate warehouse locations.

  • Responsible for properly stacking product.

  • Moves raw, packaging, or point-of-sale materials to designated locations.

  • Responsible for leaker pickup and other housekeeping tasks as necessary.

  • Performs flow rack transactions.

  • Picks product for sales orders.

  • Operates stretch wrapper.

  • Unloads curtain vans.

  • Responds and troubleshoots palletizer downtime.

  • Responsible for checking and insuring inventory accuracy utilizing the computerized inventory system.

  • Accurately scans product LPN's, use query functionality, perform cycle counts, and other miscellaneous inventory adjustments.

What You Will Need:

  • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate, plus previous forklift, clamp lift or heavy machinery operations experience.

  • Required to comply with company GMP policies.

  • Required to work overtime as needed.

  • Required to work any shift as needed.

  • Required to lift and move up to 60 lbs.

  • Required to pass in-house clamp and forklift skills tests to become a Certified Forklift and Clamp Driver

  • Must be able to re-certify Clamp Driver skills attained as required.

  • Required to be physically capable of executing all essential functions of the job.

  • Must be able to operate and utilize the computerized inventory system.

  • Accepts constructive feedback and alters behavior accordingly.

  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

Compensation:

  • Hiring Salary Range Posted: $22.45- $30.34/ hour

  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
