LSSI is hiring a full-timeBusiness Manager HC and DD, Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Responsible for reviewing financial reports for accuracy, completeness, and whether they are in line with current projections and ultimate business goals. The paid training you need to learn, grow, and succeed! Essential Functions: Provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data. Supervise the monthly record of Billing and Submissions of Claims. Review and prepare weekly Homecare payroll. Prepare account reconciliations for various client account, RPM reporting, and prepare reports for Homecare and DD. Work with Program Managers on issues relating to invoicing, vehicles leased/rental issues, and client delinquency. Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends. Provide direct supervision, training, support, review, and evaluation for assigned staff. Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest and fair manner. Position Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred or high school diploma (or equivalent) with five (5) or more years' experience in an accounting role required. Minim five (5) or more years' experience in an accounting role required. Background check clearance required. Demonstrated proficiency with Excel spreadsheets required. Experience using Great Plaines, Sandata and RPM preferred. Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing. Excellent organization, presentation and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.
