Internship Summary:
-Support Digital Excellence project & program management
-Participate and document project requirements and deadlines
-Assist in coordination of monthly Digital Work & Learn Day seminars
-Work with communication experts to support projects, including website updates, monthly newsletter, and media articles
-Conducts analysis on Digital culture and engagement data sets to identify key themes, metrics, learnings, and recommendations
-Take notes and minutes during meetings
-Shadow multiple positions within team and train in a variety of tasks
-Performs other duties as assigned
Role/Responsibilities
Support Digital Excellence project & program management Participate and document project requirements and deadlines Assist in coordination of monthly Digital Work & Learn Day seminars Work with communication experts to support projects, including website updates, monthly newsletter, and media articles Conducts analysis on Digital culture and engagement data sets to identify key themes, metrics, learnings, and recommendations Take notes and minutes during meetings Shadow multiple positions within team and train in a variety of tasks Assist in planning MGB Partners' Day to gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration. Shadow project managers to learn about project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations. Support project execution, ensuring timely completion and adherence to best practices. Contribute to the planning and coordination of projects, gaining hands-on experience in project management. Track project progress, manage resources, and assist in risk mitigation. Provide meeting support by preparing materials, taking notes, and ensuring follow-up actions. Collaborate on assessing operational workflows and suggesting process improvements. Assist in creating and executing operational plans aligned with organizational goals. Contribute to strategic decision-making through data analysis and identifying growth opportunities. Participate in designing operational frameworks and managing resources, timelines, and budgets. Help with project prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management in strategy sessions. Monitor and evaluate strategic initiatives and operations for optimization. Support the development of presentations and reports on operational performance and strategy progress. Gain exposure to performance metrics and KPIs for measuring success. Performs other duties as assigned
Skills & Abilities
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot Strong oral and written communication skills High degree of initiative and enthusiasm for learning new technology concepts and working with new tools and sources of information. Strong PC / Microsoft application skills including Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Comfortable with data and analysis

Schedule requirements:
This internship will be June 2nd - August 8th 2025. M-F Hybrid role includes onsite at MGB local sites and Assembly Row. Remote Working days require stable, quiet, secure working area that is HIPAA compliant Onsite events are planned ahead, working days onsite weekly vary for department needs, must be flexible.
