What You'll Do:

• Drive sales growth and manage key customer relationships across DC & Northern Virginia
• Frequent travel within your assigned territory to visit clients and prospects
• Collaborate with Route Sales Representatives (RSRs) to manage orders and resolve issues
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and increase revenue
• Train, coach, and mentor drivers and sales teams to enhance performance
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth

What You'll Need:

• 2+ years of sales experience in food service, distribution, or a related industry (preferred, but not required)
• Valid driver's license - This is a travel-heavy role
• High School Diploma required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to sit for extended periods and drive frequently throughout DC & Northern Virginia
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software

Requirements & Physical Demands

• 2 + years of sales experience (preferred but not required) in food service, distribution, or related industry.
• Valid driver's license required
• High School Diploma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service abilities.
• This is a travel intensive role requiring frequent driving to customer location across DC & Northern Virginia.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
• Willingness to travel within the assigned DC & Northern Virginia territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and (CRM) software
