Job Summary

Working as an HR Coordinator, you will focus on Human Resources functions. You will ensure the services provided to customers are of superior quality.
This role emphasizes on the tracking and reporting of the time and attendance policy. Organization and time management skills are critical to be successful in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and log daily tardy and absenteeism
  • Report to HR and Dining Directors all employees with excess tardiness or absenteeism in accordance with the policy
  • Draft appropriate corrective actions
  • Support the coordination of shift coverage
  • Records employee information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, performance reviews, transfers, and termination date and reason.
  • Processes new hires, terminations, employee changes, transfers, and general employee database maintenance in HRIS system.
  • Processes employment applications and assists in other employment activities.
  • Coordinates and processes reference and background checks.
  • Processes New Hire offer letter/packages and other candidate correspondence.
  • Maintains and examines complete, accurate, and confidential personnel files.
  • Compiles data from personnel records and prepares reports.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting, or equivalent education with ability to demonstrate an understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Quickbooks
  • Ability to analyze information and resolve issues
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail, communication skills, data entry skills, and math skills
