SPA's Air Force and Army Programs Portfolio provides aviation-focused analysis and program management for life-cycle systems engineering and logistics support, rapid capabilities development and fielding, cyber warfare operations, nuclear C3, personnel recovery, and integrated air and missile defense planning. We provide advanced studies, wargame development, and analysis to support materiel operations, supply strategies, and fleet readiness.

SPA has an immediate or near term need for a Journeyman Management Analyst for Joint Mission Thread (JMT) (Part-Time) development in Alexandria, VA.



Responsibilities

The Joint Mission Thread (JMT) development position will create and manage various flowcharts and network diagrams related to personnel recovery missions as connected to the DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF).



Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

    MS-VISIO proficiency -- intermediate skill level
  • Ability to coordinate with Government and associated teammembers.
  • Translate JMT activities into Visio products for integration with other organizations' missions.
  • Ability to travel within CONUS, expected 3-5 trips.
  • US citizenship required

Desired Qualifications:

  • MS-VISIO proficiency -- advanced skill level
  • SECRET clearance preferred.
  • This is a part-time position 20 hours per week, other than travel weeks
