The Gas Measurement Business Specialist provides high-level support to the leadership of the department within the United States Sales Organization. The role ensures smooth operations and optimal efficiency within the leadership team and broader management group. Which tasks will you perform?
- Support and thought partner for all parts of the organization including sales, product management, engineering, production, fulfilment and services.
- Actively contribute to process improvements to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage group budgets, headcounts, targets, and goals.
- Analyze the functioning of processes and suggest effective solutions by researching, visualizing, articulating, solving problems, and implementing solutions.
- Develop new business programsand make enhancements to meet changing customer demands.
- Collaborate and contribute to the organization to promote cross-functional and process thinking.
- Manage on-site business partner and guest experiences, support business leader schedule management and be the positive go-to person for any business-related issues.
What do we expect from you? You will have (required):
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a combination of education and experience
- Exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation
- Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing
You may have (preferred):
- Experience excelling in a fast-paced environment where there is high volume of tasks and priorities shifting continuously
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, structuring and analytical capabilities
