Position Summary The Director Business Development is a high visibility position responsible for the direction and management of sales and business development operations including; presentation and RFP development, pricing, market competitiveness, and ROI value creation tools as well as overall growth strategies. May manage a team responsible for new business support, communications, ad hoc executive projects. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Execution * Work extensively with appropriate Customer teams within ASM to develop leads and appointments with customers Planning * Coordinate objectives of the overall business development plan with all of the functional departments of the company as necessary o Client and customer pitches and top to top meetings * Prepare monthly and quarterly updates to the plan as needed and communicate updates to VP Client Services and management team Supervisory Responsibilities Direct Reports This position may have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports Indirect Reports May have direct reports, and may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports Travel and/or Driving Requirements
