Compensation Range:

Anticipated Base compensation rate is in the range of $30.00 - $36.00 / Hour depending on qualifications and experience.

Expectations:

A Facility Shop Foreman is responsible for maintaining and organizing facilities' shop, cleanliness, keep stock, safety, and security to ensure a smooth and effective work environment. Works closely with and covers for the Shop Coordinator. Point of contact between staff and requestors, and resolves any issues that come up. Ensures safe and proper use of equipment and tools, reporting accidents. Participates in emergency planning and training. This position may require occasional weekends.

EDUCATION:
High school diploma or GED

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
2 years or more of supervisor experience. Computer proficiency required

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
Required:
Current California (CA) Driver's License

SKILLS:
Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
Good communication skills and a collaborative problem solver.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
