Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and skilled individual to join our team as a Senior Sales Analytics Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving excellence in our sales operations by optimizing our sales reporting systems and processes. You will ensure they align with our business objectives and provide actionable insights to our sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), sales trends, and pipeline metrics. Ensure accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of all reports.
- Analytical Insight: Dive deep into our sales data to uncover valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making. Analyze complex datasets and translate them into actionable strategies.
- System Optimization: Manage our sales reporting systems, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness. Act as the liaison with IT to translate business needs into technical requirements. Oversee system enhancements to meet the evolving needs of our sales team.
- Problem-Solving Expertise: Address challenges and find solutions that enhance our sales operations. Utilize problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and drive continuous improvement.
- Commercial Focus: Work closely with our sales team to understand their needs and translate them into meaningful tools and reports. Ensure efforts are aligned with business goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion initiatives aimed at improving our sales support processes. Drive positive change and inspire the team to strive for excellence.
- Power BI Dashboards: Create and build Power BI dashboards to visualize sales data effectively. Ensure these dashboards provide clear, actionable insights for the sales team.
Qualifications: Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, IT, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate sales team needs into actionable solutions.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- High proficiency in Excel.
- Previous experience in managing sales reporting systems and tools.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate business and technical needs.
- Ability to create and build Power BI dashboards.
Preferred:
- Experience with key systems such as SAP BI/BW, Microsoft Power BI.
- Previous experience in leadership roles.
- Previous experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Passion for continuous improvement and driving positive change.
Salary Range: The anticipated average base pay range for this position is $90,000.00 - $125,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the base posted.
