Primary Purpose of the Organizational Unit
The Department of Counseling and Educational Development ( CED) is an academic department that houses full-time graduate programs in school counseling, couple and family counseling, clinical mental health counseling, and college counseling/student development in higher education (master's and educational specialist levels), and counseling and counselor education (doctoral level). The Vacc Counseling and Consulting Clinic is part of the Department.
Position Summary
This position oversees administrative activities of the department, including developing processes and procedures, initiating and authorizing human resources activities, fiscal (including processing all payments and travel reimbursements), class scheduling, records management, customer service, and other office activities.
Minimum Qualifications
HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENCY AND ONE YEAR OF RELATED OFFICE EXPERIENCE; OR EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE.
