Job Summary

Manage the expense reporting process including administration set-up, audit review, reimbursement, and issues resolution.

Essential Functions

  • Ensure timely reimbursement of Travel & Entertainment expenses for employees.
  • Typical duties include verifying expense receipts, adherence to T&E policy, and working with internal customers to resolve issues as they arise.
  • Collect data, analyze and develop reporting to evaluate T&E spending trends and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure spending is within T&E policy guidelines and resolve issues where appropriate.
  • Provide support to Sales Operations and ZOLL Management including ad-hoc data analysis, special projects, monthly metrics preparation and other duties as assigned.
  • Special projects for Controller and Manager of Payroll and Accounts Payable as required.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of expense report processing preferred or
  • 2 year degree in Business or Accounting preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Working knowledge of Concur Travel & Entertainment expense reporting system and business intelligence a plus.
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
