Responsibilities:

- Foster collaborative business relationships with team and project stakeholders.
- Build, integrate and maintain proficient project schedules through existing scheduling applications (MS Project, Primavera).
- Understand and perform schedule processes for Over-Target-Schedules (OTS) and Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA).
- Work with customers and team to build or maintain a Schedule Management Plan, which can be utilized to assure the program is compliant with Objectives, Performance, (Contract) Work Break Down Structure (WBS or CWBS), Cost Structure and Statement of Work (SOW).
- Provide project management scheduling support to include Critical Path Methodology (CPM), maintaining schedule change control processes, track schedule variances from the baseline, brief causes for schedule variances and potential schedule impacts.
- Request, receive and monitor disparate set of project management documents. Analyze, identify and report: late tasks, tasks due and performance metrics as well as possess the ability to perform different scheduling analysis (i.e. what if, cost, scheduling).
- Responsible for developing schedule version control processes, policies and procedures.
- Develop and execute new business processes to strengthen the Integrated Master Schedule team.
- Provide program management support for modernization IPT activities to include data and knowledge management.
- Analyze disparate data sources to develop solutions in MS365 environment (Power BI, etc.) for stakeholder awareness and decision making.
- Establish and maintain knowledge management best practices using MS Office 365 tool suite.
- Access databases to export, analyze and deliver weekly and monthly metrics. Present information and recommendations to client in a professional and timely manner.
- Evaluate current processes and procedures in the AOR and initiate process improvement actions to improve team performance.
- Translate ideas from whiteboards to clean, presentable deliverables, taking lead to communicate ideas on leadership presentations and discussions to the client.
- Assist with technical and business analyses and reporting for assigned projects.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings as required. Capture meeting minutes; assign and tracking action items; and coordinate and facilitate leads and working groups to meet project objectives.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews on products and processes to ensure compliance with policies and directives.
- Leverage tool suite capabilities to maximize efficiencies in communication and reporting.
- Work with executives, managers, and business analysts to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.
- Prepare reports for management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work in high pressure situations, address conflicts in changes, work effectively in a matrix environment and build strong relationship
Required Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of MS 365, MS Project (Online and App versions), SharePoint, PowerBI and Power Apps
- Experience working in ERP
- Experience providing service excellence by identifying key client business issues and collaboratively developing innovative solution recommendations for implementation.
- Secret clearance

Location: St. Juliens Creek VA

Salary: 70k+ dependent on education and experience
