About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to lead our sales training initiatives across the NA/LATAM region, specifically for Sales Skills, Tools and Process.

This role will focus on enhancing our sales team's proficiency in using sales tools, understanding sales processes, and mastering sales methodologies. It is important for the individual to understand the cultural nuances and adjust the training approach, specific to the region.

Additionally, the Sales Trainer will collaborate with our Vertical Growth team to provide insights and highlights on key verticals within the region.

What you'll own

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on sales tools, processes, and methodologies.
  • Assess the training needs of the sales team and create tailored training plans to address those needs.
  • Stakeholder management within the region to proactively identify potential opportunities to expand programs.
  • Ensure review of Intake Process for any regional asks
  • Facilitate Virtual and In-person workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions to improve sales skills and performance.
  • Maintain, enhance, design and develop end-to-end learning programs, including eLearning modules, virtual facilitation, and live facilitation sessions. Ensuring KPI's for program are met.
  • As we are a global team, there will be occasions where supporting other regions will be required, mainly EMEA
  • Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and effective training materials.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Vertical Growth team to identify and highlight regional trends and opportunities within key verticals and ensure training covers those key learnings.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to the sales team to ensure the successful implementation of training initiatives.
  • Stay updated on the latest sales tools, techniques, and industry best practices to keep the training programs relevant and effective.
  • Plan and organize training schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and time.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales training, preferably within the NA/LATAM region.
  • Enterprise Sales Experience
  • Payments experience an advantage
  • Strong understanding of sales tools, processes, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills particularly with a commercial audience and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance learning content.
  • Exceptional planning and analytical skills.
  • High Proficiency in instructional design and creating comprehensive learning programs

Language Skills

  • English
  • Spanish and Portuguese would be beneficial

The pay range for this full-time position is $77,100.00 - $125,680.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
