The Opportunity:

The S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) Coordinator manages daily and weekly operation plans, aligns demand and supply activities, and ensures that short-term operational goals are met. The role involves close collaboration with sales, production, procurement, and logistics teams to address real-time challenges and adjust plans to meet customer expectations while aligning closely with Sales and Operating Planning (S&OP) processes.

What we're looking for

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or production planning.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with S&OP or S&OE processes is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment.

How you will thrive and create an impact

  • Support execution of the S&OE plan on a weekly and daily basis.
  • Function as a liaison between sales, production, procurement, and logistics teams.
  • Communicate operational changes and adjustments to stakeholders promptly.
  • Facilitate daily or weekly meetings to address bottlenecks or urgent issues.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service levels, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment rates.
  • Analyze variances between plans and actual performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Prepare and share reports on operational performance with management.
  • Work with planning and cross-functional teams to identify and address short-term supply chain disruptions or constraints.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve issues affecting order fulfillment or production schedules.
  • Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks in operations.
  • Support initiatives to improve efficiency in operational execution.
  • Provide feedback to enhance S&OP processes based on S&OE insights.
  • Contribute to streamlining workflows and optimizing resource utilization.

Pay Transparency:

The expected pre-tax pay for this position is

$66,100.00 - $110,200.00

Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.
