The hiring range for this role is:

125,870.00 - 176,525.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range and this hiring range may also be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the hiring range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs.This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.

This role will be pivotal in driving organizational change, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role involves managing the overall structuring, planning, and scoping of initiatives with a focus on transformation change and organizational design principles. It will advise and consult leaders of cross-functional teams from inception to post-implementation of change and transformation initiatives, ensuring effective strategy execution through collaboration with business owners. This position requires building strong customer relationships, solution-oriented mindset to present solutions and recommendations and project execution, delivery and measurement focus.

Primary Job Functions

  • Lead organizational design and transformational change projects in their entirety or components through scoping of work, development of teams, and development / presentation of deliverables to meet desired outcomes set by senior leadership. Develop and implement organizational design strategies to optimize structure, processes, and culture.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address organizational challenges and opportunities. Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.

  • Conduct organizational assessments and provide recommendations for improvement while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of transformation initiatives and makes adjustments as needed.

  • Contribute to other strategy and process excellence job functions and ad hoc presentation development for senior leadership.

Education, Experience, and Certification

Education

Required: Bachelors Degree

Preferred: Masters Degree

Experience

Required:

  • 7 years business experience

  • Experience in organizational transformation, change management or related field

  • Experience with strategy development and analytical work

  • Experience in creating client-ready project deliverables

  • Experience in project management

  • Experience working in Corporate Strategy or Strategy Consulting

  • Experience with leading large corporate strategy projects in healthcare

  • Experienced leader in all aspects of staff management, development, and effective teambuilding

  • Experience in creating C-suite level project deliverables

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with senior leadership

Preferred:

  • 7 years or more related experience

  • Demonstrated team leadership ability and ability to mentor and coach junior staff

  • Familiarity with health insurance industry and concepts

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Seasoned strategist with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills to lead hypothesis development and integration

  • Proven ability to work effectively with a variety of colleagues in different disciplines (e.g., members of BCBSA, local BCBS companies and other outside organizations and individuals)

  • Ability to generate actionable insights from analytical work

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including strong facilitation and presentation skills with senior executives

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
