About the Role

We are looking for a Program Coordinator to join our Advisory Services team in Seattle. You will play an important part in supporting project teams and assisting with daily project tasks. We offer flexible work arrangements, allowing you to work out of any Parametrix office, with the option for hybrid or fully remote work.

You Will:

  • Build strong relationships with program and project teams to ensure clear and effective communication.
  • Perform initial quality control checks on program and project documents, focusing on formatting, proofreading, and agreement on graphical standards.
  • Support project setup and organization.
  • Maintain master documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Handle data entry tasks.
  • Help coordinate contracts and manage associated documentation.
  • Help develop subconsultant agreements.
  • Support the processing and tracking of invoices to ensure payment.
  • Manage program and project documentation to maintain organization and accessibility.
  • Help track program and project budgets and financial progress.
  • Anticipate program and project needs and interpret team input.

You Have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience coordinating projects in the AEC industry

Compensation Information: Base salary for this position is in the range of $58-70k.

Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. We value transparency and look forward to discussing our compensation structure.
