About the team What you'll own During three eight-month rotations as a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, you'll dive into technical projects and tackle complex, real-time problems with your team, ensuring quality remains a top priority in all our customer deliveries. You'll gain experience and knowledge from various QA teams, including Functional, Automation, and Performance. Quality Assurance graduates can expect to develop key skills in delivering technology, managing against the Agile Delivery Framework at Scale (SAFe framework), partnering with supporting stakeholder groups, including Software Engineering, Product and Line of Business. This will equip joiners with the skills needed to be successful in QA, as well as enhance their expertise within the Payments space. The start date for the program will be in July 2025. This program is perfect for ambitious graduates who want to make a meaningful impact within a global payments business through mastering a skill. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology and eager to advance in a QA career. They should have a keen interest in identifying and resolving issues, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards. Key skills include strong verbal and written communication, analytical abilities, problem-solving, and good judgment.
