The Position
Relocation benefits are available for this job posting. The Executive Director of the Genentech Patient Foundation (GPF) sets the vision, mission, and overall direction and core policies for the Foundation in close partnership with the GPF Board of Directors (BOD) and the major "Donor" to GPF, the Genentech CEO. This role engages with other Genentech senior leaders to ensure the Foundation is seen as a best in class organization, positioning the Foundation to support patients through future and emerging changes to access in healthcare and across Genentech medicine lifecycles. This Executive Director of GPF reports to the Vice President of Access Solutions & Patient Support while being accountable to the Board of Directors and Donor and manages the Patient Program Leads, Strategy Team, the Forecast and Workforce Planning Lead, and the Customer Audit Lead including a team of ~175 employees (FTEs and contractors) who work across both Access Solutions sites (Portland, OR and SSF) as well from remote locations around the US. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location in California is $257,000-$477,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
