Job Summary Join TYLin's dynamic Water Solutions Team as an Engineer and dive into impactful projects that shape the world of water and the communities we serve. This role entails managing and supporting various projects, providing expertise in project delivery and fostering team growth while upholding our core values. Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Develop and maintain client relationships, understanding their needs to ensure expectations are met.
  • Manage multiple technical assignments, leading teams to deliver projects to client satisfaction within schedule and budget constraints.
  • Exhibit technical excellence in planning studies, designs, program management, procurement/bid assistance, and design services for water/wastewater systems.
  • Lead Support business development pursuits, preparing proposals, building new relationships, and contributing to team growth goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • P.E. license in AZ
  • A with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in water and/or /wastewater treatment and climate/flood resiliency.
  • Strong communication and technical writing skills.
  • Experience in the preparation of contract documents, including drawings and specifications, for complex water and wastewater projects.
  • Experience working on and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team with other engineers, including structural, geotechnical, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation and control, architecture, etc.
  • Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.
  • Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients' toughest challenges.
  • High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.
  • Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence
