Join our dynamic Human Resources team as a Human Resources Business Partner, where you'll support a diverse group of client teams and play a key role in fostering a positive, compliant, and productive workplace. In this role, you'll partner with leadership to provide HR expertise in areas including employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, leave management, recruitment, policy implementation, and compliance with employment laws. Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted partner to assigned regions and departments, supporting day-to-day HR operations.
- Coach and counsel managers and employees on employee relations issues and policy interpretation.
- Assist in the development, communication, and implementation of HR policies and organizational changes.
- Support full-cycle talent acquisition including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and job offers.
- Conduct and manage employee investigations, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Administer leave management including FMLA, medical, and military leave cases.
- Maintain HRIS data, generate reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate employee onboarding, training, development, and recognition initiatives.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the broader HR team on special projects and ensure best practice sharing.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field with 2+ years of related HR experience, or 5+ years of progressively responsible HR experience
- Must demonstrate a high level of personal comfort with change and change management, and the ability to consult and guide managers and employees through change initiatives
- Ability to handle and resolve frequent interpersonal conflict
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, stressful work environment
- Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and work flexible hours
- Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal employment laws relating to key areas of responsibility, and ability to quickly adjust to changing compliance and policy guidelines is required

Preferred:
- Educational focus in human resources, business or management
- CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR Certification
