ABOUT THE JOB
Engineering Director is responsible for all technical aspects of the sites manufacturing process equipment, services, and facilities. With a 'cradle to grave' approach, this position will specify, procure and project manage new technology installations, ensure world class uptime through maintenance and upgrades, and plan the retirement of aged assets and subsequent replacement.
This position will manage a team of project engineers to cover the 8 sites in the Wis-Pak portfolio. Additionally, the Senior Manager of Reliability & Maintenance will report into this position and cover the technical management of current assets.
Working collaboratively with the functional Directors, this position is key in solving problems, implementing improvements, and providing strategic input and support in shaping the future of Wis-Pak.

ABOUT YOU
* Extensive Food/beverage, FMCG or similar experience
* Minimum of 8 years Engineering Management experience
* Experience in successful delivery of new technologies into a high paced manufacturing site
* A Bachelor of Engineering degree or similar
* Ability to travel to multiple sites in central USA
* CSD and bottled water experience
* Formal Project Management qualification
* Experience working in a LEAN manufacturing environment
* Experience working in a highly regulated environment
* Experience working effectively in a Matrix organization
