*Description*
This multi-faceted role within Global Information Security (GIS) will support the continued strengthening of Identity and Authentication within Bank of America from communications, rollout and support perspectives. The initial focus is the continual rollout of existing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Identity Verification authentication requirements and expands to additional MFA features including, but not limited to, new types of Security USB Keys, physical badges, MFA for Desktop, third factor authenticator and additional enhancements to identity verification features. You will work with security engineering teams, product management, Corporate Communications, Global Service Desk and Identity Defense teams to produce required end-user documentation, support rollout of new functionality and aid in troubleshooting. General knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and protocols, such as digital identity, authentication, data encryption, API protocols, cloud security, and security risk management, is desired. The key point is to be able to quickly grasp these concepts as part of fast-paced on-the-job training. The incumbent will be a detail oriented person helping to protect our organization. They will need a hands on understanding of the new features and be able to communicate the steps for adoption and the 'why' around the value proposition in order to aid the rollout. Ability to manage data based on Excel reporting and tickets within an incident management system such as BMC Remedy is required. Communication is vital to success in this role as is the ability to troubleshoot with our customers in a calm manner.
