Urgently hiring a Front office Patient Administrator with a well known hospital in Mission Viejo, CA! $23-$25/HR *Must be open to working on weekends and as late as 10:30pm. Description* * Have some understanding of insurances and how they work because they will help field insurance authorization for these procedures. * Front office MA-would be ideal * Speaking with insurances and doctors to verify and authorizations for these patients for this specific procedure. * Mon, Wed, Friday, Sat and Sun working up until 1030pm latest. Tues and Thur off - 40 hours/week * ICD-9/10 coding experience and billing experience is a qualifier for a best candidate. * The surgeons are directly calls to their department so they are being bombarded. So they don't have time to do their jobs. * Could be upwards of 20-30 calls a day Additional Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare system. EMR experience Microsoft Office experience experience with administrative duties Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
