Job Summary	As a student worker, you will be an integral part of our research team, both in the lab and out in the field. You will gain valuable experience in a variety of tasks.
Essential Functions	Conducting experiments and recording data Assisting with the preparation of lab materials Collaborating with fellow researchers on innovative projects Participating in field studies and data collection Ensuring the lab and field equipment are properly maintained
Minimum Qualifications	Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student Strong interest in scientific research and fieldwork Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
