Job Description: This position is responsible for implementing and executing business plans for a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate assets. To be successful, the candidate must have the ability to help develop and consider defined objectives and strategic plans with a focus on preserving and increasing the value of the assets and providing an exceptional experience for both our internal and external customers. SCOPE: WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: Ryan Investment Group team members consisting of Asset Management, Capital Markets, and Portfolio Management. The role also includes significant interaction with Ryan coworkers in Development, Accounting, Legal, property management and other internal and external partners. The Director - Asset Management will be responsible for working across multiple platforms ensuring consistent application of Ryan's philosophy and the highest level of customer service is provided for our partners and communities. Compensation: The base pay range is $135,700-$203,500/Annually. The salary may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program. Eligibility:
